Material standards

Physical and mechanical properties: Dimensions such as length and diameter meet the specified range, and weight and density are reasonable; strength and toughness must ensure that they will not break during normal use, and chopsticks with elasticity requirements can be restored to their original state.

Microbial limits: Microbial indicators such as total colony count and coliform group must meet relevant standards such as GB 14934-2016. For example, the total colony count of chopsticks after disinfection shall not exceed 10CFU/cm².
